What is the Price Match Guarantee?

Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that if you find a lower price on the same product at another dispensary within a reasonable driving distance, we will match that price. We want to make sure you get the best value without having to shop around.

Approved Counties for Price Matching

To ensure fairness and practicality, we will honor pricing from dispensaries within the following counties:

• Washoe

• Carson

• Douglas

• Lyon

• Storey

• Churchill

Unfortunately, we cannot match prices from dispensaries outside these counties or from other states, including California.

How Does it Work?

1. Same Brand, Category, and Unit Size: The product must be identical in brand, category, and unit size. For example, if you find a lower price for a Nature's Chemistry 3.5g Flower, we will match that price as long as we have the exact same product in stock. However, this does not need to be the same strain - so long as it’s the same category and unit size,

2. Gross Price, Not Discounted Price: Our price matching is based on the gross price of the product, not on any discount or promotional prices.

Steps to Price Match

1. Find a Lower Price: If you find a lower price on the same product at another approved dispensary, bring in a receipt or show us the online menu with the lower price.

2. Verification Process: Our manager or lead will verify the lower price.
